D. | Award Invitation to Bid NC24-024 to CGC, Inc. and Approve and Authorize the Chairman to sign CM3854 with CGC, Inc. for the Construction of Amelia Island Parkway Trail Segment 3 (South 14th Street to Bailey Road) and Segment 4 (Bailey Road to 8th Street) in the amount of $2,797,747. |
