A. | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution which authorizes the execution of the Florida Local Agency Program Supplemental Agreement, Amendment 1 to Contract No. CM3731 with the State of Florida Department of Transportation for the design and project management of a shared use path at Yulee Elementary on Felmor Road, in the amount of $2,024.00 |

B. | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Maxine Street development, Contract Number CM3859, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District, Leslie Pardue Cubbage, Daniel Pardue Jr., Bill Deramus as Trustee of the Norman Showers Trust dated April 9, 2004 and MPS Properties, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. |

C. | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Cook Yulee development, Contract Number CM3860, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District, and WRC Cook Yulee, LLC, a limited liability company of the State of Florida. |

D. | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Wildlight Parcel 5D development, Contract Number CM3861, between Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District and CND-WILDLIGHT, LLC, a limited liability company of the State of Florida. |

E. | Consider the following request by Hagerty for the 2025 Amelia Island Concours d‘Elegance: 1) Use of Peters Point Beachfront Parking area and Scott Road Beachfront Parking area as requested with conditions recommended by staff and payment of rental fees per Ordinance 2024-024; 2) Approval of Temporary Closing of State Road Permit for A1A/S Fletcher Avenue. |

F. | Consider request from Omni Amelia Island to use Burney Park on Tuesday, March 4 - Sunday, March 9, 2025 for overflow parking and shuttle service for the Gooding & Company auction being held in conjunction with the 2025 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance as requested with conditions recommended by staff and payment of rental fees per Ordinance 2024-024 |
